He bit a nurse

A patient spit on and punched staff and had to be restrained even before a basic medical screening. While that was happening, he bit a nurse. The nurse was bleeding and sustained a hematoma about the size of a mouth.

I don’t think the police took a report on the nurse because they were busy arresting him for assaulting them. He was back in the ED the following week and assaulted staff again.
