We had a knife pulled on staff by a patient after he had been discharged. He showed up again - no consequences.

The other night a patient began swinging at staff and threatened to kill us. Security arrived after two nurses and a doctor tackled the patient. It is almost a daily occurrence that we are physically at risk. We are verbally abused on a regular basis.
