A man’s daughter had a fever and he did not like the treatment that I recommended – so he pushed me.

I have been cursed at for fulfilling my duty to keep my team safe during a patient’s behavioral health crisis. I have been threatened by patients for not doing what they want, even when it is not medically indicated.
