Verbal threats are so common that they all blend together, single episodes don't stand out anymore.

We have removed knives, loaded guns, pepper spray and even nunchucks from patients.

A man under the influence of drugs punched a nurse and kicked another, before swinging at me.

The ACEP offices will be closed for several upcoming holidays
