Kelly Quinley, MD, is an emergency physician who practices medicine in California. Her policy and professional interests include expansion of access to health care both inside and outside the ED, creation and growth of educational and institutional programs that help clinicians provide up-to-date and evidence-based reproductive health care in the emergency department setting, and medical education. Dr. Quinley is an Implementation Leader with the Access Bridge Program, and the Emergency Medicine lead for the Training, Education, and Advocacy in Miscarriage Management educational program.
Dr. Quinley currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California ACEP Chapter and is a member of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians. She also served on the ACEP EM Reproductive Health and Patient Safety Task Force from 2022 to 2024. Her education includes medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, and residency in emergency medicine at Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA. She enjoys trail running and snow sports, and truly still enjoys her job as an emergency physician.
