Medical professionals are often called to testify in cases involving injuries or crimes. Effective testimony requires thorough ED evaluation and documentation, excellent preparation and communication with the DA, and effective testimony. This webinar will review each of these steps, Pearls and pitfalls will be emphasized. The panel will consist of a district attorney and skilled providers with expertise in testifying in a court of law.
