2026 Maryland ACEP Chapter Educational Conference & Annual Meeting
This full-day Continuing Medical Education conference delivers practice-changing education for emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. Featuring nationally recognized keynote speakers, expert faculty, and rising resident and junior faculty presenters, the program addresses today’s most pressing clinical challenges, innovations, and systems-based issues in the emergency department.
Sessions cover critical topics including palliative care, neutropenic fever, status epilepticus, mechanical ventilation and vasopressor use, point-of-care ultrasound for the crashing patient, psychiatric medication initiation, opioid use disorder with emerging threats such as xylazine, infectious disease updates, peer support and wellness, culturally competent care for fasting patients, and artificial intelligence in triage and documentation.
