Holly Dorr is an accomplished and forward-thinking association executive with nearly two decades of dedicated service to the nonprofit and professional society sectors. As Executive Director of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (Ohio ACEP), Holly oversees strategic operations, governance, and member services, championing the needs of emergency medicine professionals statewide.

Throughout her tenure with Ohio ACEP, Holly has been a vital contributor to the broader national organization, lending her expertise to several key ACEP committees, including the Finance Committee and the National Chapter Relations Committee. Her entire career has been defined by a deep commitment to elevating association standards, fostering community, and driving organizational growth.

A recognized leader within the association management profession, Holly is a Past President of the Ohio Society of Association Professionals (OSAP), where she held numerous leadership roles. She is also an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). Holly holds both the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designations, representing the highest standards of competence and professionalism in her fields.

A firm believer in continuous growth and innovation, Holly is a lifelong learner who proactively embraces emerging technologies to optimize organizational impact. She recently earned her Association AI Professional certification to better guide her organizations through the evolving digital landscape.

Holly earned her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University.
