Elevating standards - on your terms. The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) has the first accredited Level 1 emergency department in the nation. There are currently more than 30 applications for the ACEP Emergency Department Accreditation (EDAc) program under review.

Supporting your mental health. ACEP urged Congress to renew funding for the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act. ACEP helped write and pass the original law, providing $100 million for physician mental health.
