Bio

Dr. Hawk is an emergency physician and an NIDA K12 Drug Use, Addiction and HIV Research Scholar (DAHRS) with a focus on reducing opioid overdose in high-risk populations. Her primary research interests are emergency department-based interventions to increase access to treatment for substance use disorders, opioid overdose prevention and naloxone access, and understanding how prescription drug monitoring programs.
