Education Proposal Submission

The Education Proposal Request Form is the required first step for anyone proposing a new ACEP educational meeting or product.

The form ensures that proposals include the key details needed for the Education Committee to evaluate feasibility and provide timely feedback. Submissions that do not include these details are difficult to review and often delay the decision-making process.

When completing the form, please be prepared to provide:

  • A clear description of your proposed meeting or product
  • The target audience and educational goals
  • Format, structure, and anticipated size/scope
  • Resource needs (e.g., faculty, technology, staff support)
  • Alignment with ACEP’s mission and current educational priorities

This process helps:

  • Guide you through the information required to propose a program
  • Set clear expectations for what it takes to develop and sustain a new offering
  • Streamline review by ensuring details are provided up front
  • Align ACEP resources with the most promising and impactful ideas

Submitting this form ensures your proposal is reviewed efficiently and consistently, and it provides a strong foundation for further discussion with the Education Committee.
