CME Application Eligibility

Accredited providers are explicitly prohibited from collaborating with ineligible companies on jointly provided CME activities by ACCME’s Eligibility requirements. The ACCME defines an ineligible company as those whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients. To determine if your company is eligible, please complete the Education Partner Attestation Form (PDF) and return to the CME Office.
