Residency Program Portal FAQs

Find answers to many common questions about accessing the Residency Program Portal. 

Where do I log in?

Sign in using your ACEP web site credentials at https://webapps.acep.org/membership/groupportal/#/dashboard.

If you don’t have an ACEP web account, click on the "Sign In Help" link to create an account. You do not need to be an ACEP member to create a web account on ACEP.org.

How do I view a list of residents in our program?

Click on the “Members” icon on the left side of the screen.

How can I add residents to our program?

  • Click on the “Add Member” icon on the left side of the screen
  • Search by last name, first name (example: Smith, John)
  • If there is more than one resident with that name, verify by city and state or contact Member Care to help you find the correct one
  • Address, email and phone number updates also can be done on this screen
  • Start date field should be “7/1/22”
  • End date field should be “6/30” and the year the resident is scheduled to graduate

How can I remove residents no longer in our program?

Click on the gear icon to the right of the name and choose “Remove from Group.”

Can I review our program’s quote?

Sure. Click on the “Members” tab of the portal, then click on the “Quote” button and save PDF.

Please note: this is NOT the final invoice.

Contact Member Care when you have approved the quote and we will email you an invoice and activate your residents’ memberships.

Is there a way to pay online with a credit card?

Click on the “Members” tab of the portal, then click on the “Go to Checkout” button. Enter your credit card information in the top section, then click the “Pay Now” button. You’ll have the option to save your credit card information, so you won’t have to enter it again. Our system encrypts your card information for your security. A receipt will be emailed to you.

How can the resident members access EM:RAP?

  1. Have them visit www.emra.org - preferably on a laptop or desktop for your first access.
  2. Log in with their EMRA/ACEP username and password.
  3. Click the “Benefits” tab.
  4. Click on “EM:RAP” in the left navigation.
  5. Click on “LOG IN TO ACCESS EM:RAP.”
  6. On the “EM:RAP Sign Up Now” page add their email and account credentials that match their EMRA/ACEP account.
  7. The subscription is FREE as part of their EMRA/ACEP Resident membership!
  8. Click the “Continue” button to confirm their subscription.

If an issue persists with the EM:RAP app, uninstall and reinstall the app. Or call EM:RAP at 877-993-6727.
