Quality Improvement Compensation Survey
Dear QIPS members,
We believe the work you do in quality roles for your hospitals is valuable and should be compensated accordingly. We’ve received queries from members seeking to understand what average compensation is or should be for those roles. In order to help you advocate for yourselves, we’ve designed a short (<2 min), anonymous survey to try and gauge what current practice is. We will post average compensation (stipends, hours reductions) as well as sample job descriptions on the QIPS website.
The survey will be open until June 18th. We will summarize and notify group of findings over the summer. As always, if you have additional feedback, questions, or comments, feel free to email me directly. Thank you for all that you do.
