Reba is a first-year administrative fellow for the Yale New Haven Health Emergency Department, where she will assist with operations-based projects in conjunction with her enrollment at the Yale School of Management for the Executive MBA program. Prior to this new role, Reba served as Chief Resident in her fourth year of residency, and she was involved with resident recruitment and served as Minority Housestaff President. Reba was non-traditional in her journey to medicine, as she worked as a medical scribe prior to obtaining her Medical Degree at New York Medical College.
