New Analytics Dashboard for PEER for Programs

PEER for Programs is launching an all-new analytics dashboard for the 2026-27 academic year. Early access begins May 4, 2026, for demos, 30-day trials, and current subscribers.

In Console Analytics, program directors and administrators can view analytics based on individual residents (Users), residency program (Branches), graduation year cohort (Groups), or course (PEER for Physicians). Pick the pathway that best suits the analytics you want to review, drill down to the information you need, and then export the data into a spreadsheet. Data can be viewed for all content in PEER for Physicians, including all lessons, exams, practice questions, and assignments.

Course Reports can be filtered by graduation year cohort and provide data for all residents:

  • User Reporting shows course progress, average exam score, average practice question score, last activity date, and total time spent in the course.

  • Exam Reports provide data for all exams, down to the question level, showing which answer choices are being selected most often.

  • Practice Reports show all self-directed learning on quizzes, including the EM categories with the most incorrect questions and which questions are being answered incorrectly.

  • Assignment Reports show all completed assignments, including the average score and total time spent.

Session Detail Reports provide a quick way to see usage data for a specific time frame, graduation year cohort, or individual resident.

In addition to the Console Analytics for program directors and administrators, each resident also has access to new Learner Analytics, with individual exam and practice reports.

Additional upgrades will be released on May 21, June 11, and July 2, 2026, in preparation for the new academic year. Submit your feedback today so that we can upgrade our analytics to meet your specific residency program needs!
