Course Presentations
Electronic copies of the presentations will be available for download prior to the conference. You will be able to access these documents prior to the conference.
Capitol Hill Visits
ACEP’s Lobby Day is slated for the afternoon of Tuesday, May 3. Your Capitol Hill visits will be scheduled with legislators and staff and you will receive your schedule during the Advocacy Training session. More details available as the event nears.
Use of Laptops During the Conference
Past conferences have shown that most attendees do not use their laptops during the courses. If you would like to bring your laptop, remember to bring it fully charged each morning.
Ground Transportation
The Grand Hyatt Washington is located approximately 5 miles from Reagan National Airport, 28 miles from Dulles International Airport, and 36 miles from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport.
There is a Metro train stop near the Grand Hyatt Washington (Metro Center Station). More information may be found at wmata.com and at LAC21 hotel.
Super Shuttle offers van service to the hotels from Reagan, Dulles, and BWI. To arrange for shuttle service, check-in at the Super Shuttle stand outside of baggage claim. You will need to make reservations for the return trip. For advance arrangements or for more information on Super Shuttle, you may call 800-258-3826.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), ACEP is offering a no-risk cancellation policy for this conference. This allows you to register now but retain the option to cancel with no financial penalty to you for conference registration fees. In the event ACEP must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ACEP will refund the cost of registration fees. However, ACEP does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to the meetingregistrar@acep.org prior to the conclusion of the conference. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check.
