Viraj Lakdawala is Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at NYU School of Medicine and Director of Telemedicine in the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Emergency Medicine. He completed his residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in 2011 and has been faculty at UCSF and NYU since. He developed NYU Langone's Virtual Urgent Care in 2017 and has been the Medical Director since it began. In the telehealth space, he has also consulted for or worked clinically for American Well, HealthTap, and Capsule Pharmacy
