ACEP/CORD Teaching Fellowship

Gain skills and knowledge to become an effective and productive medical educator with this EM-focused conference - consisting of two sessions, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.

  • Get intensive, small-group exposure to the fundamentals of medical education.
  • Topics include e-learning, how to balance the competing demands of an academic career, #FOAMEd and skills you need to be successful in your career.
  • Develop instructional materials under the guidance of a mentor. Explore a special area of interest and develop a valuable educational product for your program.
  • All participants must have completed residency.

Registration is limited.

Classes fill rapidly on a first-come, first-serve basis. 


Teaching Fellowship for Residents

Interested in exploring an academic emergency medicine career or fellowship? This is the course for you! Learn practical skills and tools with this course, which also provides a mentoring opportunity and addresses expectations residents may have about an academic career.

All participants must be in a residency program.
