Exhibitors who use an exhibit house or convention services contractor other than Freeman Company, ACEPˇs official show contractor, must submit the following form to ACEP.
Late Set Up Request Form
All booths must be set up by 5:00 PM on the day before the conference begins. If additional setup time is needed, please download and submit the following form.
Hosting an Event
If you're looking for meeting space at the Convention Center or one of our official hotels,€access this link to submit request. All affiliate requests must be submitted through the online forms. Function space is offered primarily at the MPCC and Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Lead Retrieval Order Form
Interested in acquire lead retrieval for ACEP26? Event badges serve as attendee identification and electronic business cards. To help streamline exhibitor lead capture, ACEP badges include QR codes encoded with attendee contact information and key demographic data, making it easier for your team to qualify leads and follow up after the event. Fill out the following form to secure your lead retrieval option.
Conference Mailing List Order Form
If your company is interested in doing a pre-show promotional mailing, you may order the list using this form. Please send in the completed form along with your payment and a copy of what you plan to mail for ACEP approval. Note that the mailing list contains the attendee name and mailing address (typically home). Per ACEP Board policy, we are not permitted to provide email addresses or phone numbers.
