To streamline your experience you will receive an additional email with log-in information, presentation links, and additional updates as we get closer to the conference. 

How Do I Participate

Watch your email for updates that will include "how-to" tips on jumping into the virtual Reimbursement and Coding experience.

To start your digital conference journey, visit our site on the day before the conference begins. You’ll want to check out the platform and kick the tires so you’re familiar with all that is available. It will not disappoint.

You will need your acep.org login credentials to access the virtual Reimbursement and Coding conferences.

Reimbursement and Coding Webinars

ACEP will be offering three webinars, taught by Michael Granovsky, MD, CPC, FACEP, Chair of ACEP’s Reimbursement and Coding conferences. Attendance at ACEP's Reimbursement and Coding conferences is not required, but those who attend the conference receive the webinars at a discounted rate. More information can be found on the Reimbursement and Coding website.

• May 11, 2021, 1 pm CST – Industry Updates

First-time attendee? The January webinar is essential! Get prepared for the Reimbursement conference as Dr. Granovsky lays the groundwork with the nuts and bolts of physician reimbursement.

On-Demand Course Access

The Virtual Reimbursement and Coding conferences feature hours of live content over the course of 3 days, but you will also have access to additional hours of on-demand CME available for 90 days after the conference.

Course Evaluations

ACEP values your opinion! Course evaluations will be available exclusively in an electronic format. Please look for an e-mail from survey@guidestarco.com each morning that contains a personalized link to complete your online evaluations. Please add this e-mail address to your contacts to ensure delivery to your inbox. If you do not receive these emails, please go to the ACEP registration desk.

Claim CME

At the conclusion of the conference, you will be able to download your CME certificate and claim your credits with our CME Tracker. Nurses can also find a CEU claim form on this page.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of this virtual event, ACEP 2021 Reimbursement and Coding Virtual Conferences are non-refundable as participants will have several months to access the educational content. Please contact the Member Care with any questions.
