You should be in the room when emergency medicine’s future is shaped.

At ACEP’s Leadership and Advocacy Conference, residents get a front row seat to the policy conversations that shape patient care, clinical practice, and the future of the specialty. You will learn how decisions are made, meet the people who influence them, and gain the skills to speak up for your patients. Along the way, you will connect with fellow residents and national leaders through dedicated networking events and evening receptions that help you build your professional community. If you want to make a meaningful impact beyond the bedside, this is where it begins.
