Exhibit Hall Hours

The exhibit hours are listed below. During these breaks times, each educational track will break for the morning or afternoon and attendees will visit the exhibit hall on a flow. Your booth must be staffed during the below hours. The exhibit hall will be closed outside of these hours, but you're welcome to stay in your booth to work or relax.

You are strongly advised to remove valuables from the area overnight. ACEP will not be providing security, and the Manchester Grand Hyatt, Freeman Company, and the American College of Emergency Physicians will not be responsible for theft or damage of exhibit materials. No early dismantling will be allowed. All exhibit materials must be packed and ready for removal from the exhibit area by the times outlined above. Any exhibitor breaking down early will lose ALL accumulated exhibitor priority points – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wine & Cheese Reception

A Wine & Cheese Reception will take place on the evening of January 20. Your booth must be staffed during this time. You have the option to purchase wine to serve from your booth during the event. While cash bars will be available, attendees who wish to purchase wine must come to you to obtain a ticket. The fee for the wine is $200 for two bottles (one red, one white) and $400 for four bottles. If you would like to have wine in your booth, please email exhibits@acep.org. Wine must be purchased prior to the conference.

Exhibitor Cancellation

Notice of exhibitor cancellation must be received in writing to exhibits@acep.org no later than Friday, November 14, 2025. If an exhibitor cancels on or before November 14, 2025, a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed. No refunds will be issued after this date.
