Dr. Shenvi will share four key tips - deciding intentionally what is most important for you; planning your work with deep and shallow frameworks; understanding how emotions influence your work; and the importance of reflection for continuous improvement. Developing Local Women Leaders

Join Heidi Best, MD, FACEP, Shannon Findlay, MD, and Ashley Anderson, MD for an engaging panel discussion on developing women leaders at the local level.  The speakers will share their leadership experiences and the skills and qualities they learned to become successful leaders in emergency medicine. They'll also discuss how to "find your why;" how considering leadership at the local level enhances career fulfillment; and what leadership opportunities exist in your department, and in your community. The session will close with a Q&A session between panelists and webinar participants.

Tips, Tactics, and Tools—Negotiation Frameworks for Success

Join presenter Cherri Hobgood, MD, FACEP as she provides important negotiation pearls for female physicians to use in the clinical and administrative environments.  She'll define effective negotiation and provide examples of critical negotiation skills for use in a variety of settings.
