BASIC FUNCTION | Develop and execute strategic, integrated marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, print, and web advertising to support sales of ACEP’s key revenue drivers, including membership, meetings, and educational products. Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal teams to understand various products and enhance revenue generation for ACEP’s offerings, while increasing awareness of projects that provide strategic member value |
Develop, lead, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events, to drive engagement, awareness, and participation for ACEP’s offerings.
Collaborate with ACEP staff teams to understand the purpose and goals of various ACEP products, meetings, resources, events, and programs, and translate those needs into the global ACEP marketing strategy.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in emergency medicine and healthcare marketing, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage the development and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines.
Utilize insights to create segmented lists for targeted marketing campaigns across email and direct mail channels.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, track key metrics and KPIs, and generate reports to measure effectiveness, ROI, and impact.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare marketing, and share insights and recommendations with internal teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Five years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in customer relationship management system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamic CRM).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficient in copy writing for e-marketing and promotional materials.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of emergency medicine or healthcare industry preferred.
Experience working with Adobe creative products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
SEO/SEM and Google Analytics experience.
Web content editing experience.
Well organized with the ability to shift priorities as the business demands.
Ability to work strategically and tactically on a small team.
