Coordinates activities and performs operational and project support functions for international program leadership. Provides support for international initiatives, programs, and service lines within the College and managed organizations. Assists with the coordination of projects, communications, meetings, documentation, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient execution of international activities. Provides support for committees, sections, and task forces |
Provides project coordination and administrative support for international programs and initiatives, including drafting correspondence; preparing reports and summaries; maintaining records and databases; compiling information from various sources; and responding to inquiries regarding program activities and related matters.
Assists with committees, sections, and task forces, including preparation of agendas, minutes, rosters, and reports; coordination of meeting logistics; compilation and distribution of meeting materials; scheduling conference calls and virtual meetings; tracking action items; and supporting follow-up on committee objectives.
Coordinates workflow and tracks project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Monitors progress on assigned initiatives and provides status updates to leadership as needed.
Assists with the planning and implementation of international program activities, including coordinating communications with internal departments, volunteers, contractors, international partners, and stakeholders.
Supports marketing and outreach efforts for international programs by assisting with communications, maintaining contact lists, and coordinating updates to promotional or informational materials.
Assists with financial and budget-related activities, including processing purchase and check requisitions, preparing expense documentation, tracking invoices, and maintaining budget records in collaboration with the Manager and Finance team.
Maintains accurate documentation and organized files related to international programs, including contracts, agreements, reports, and compliance materials to ensure operational continuity.
Supports cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with internal departments to advance international program goals and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years of related administrative or project coordination experience, including handling client/member requests, drafting correspondence, maintaining documentation, and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
Demonstrated experience tracking timelines, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience working with databases or project tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
Experience working in a nonprofit, association, healthcare, or international environment preferred.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle inquiries and challenges in a positive, solutions-oriented manner.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
