Ambassadors Welcome ACEP22

San Francisco city leaders are welcoming ACEP to their city, and have added some community ambassadors on your daily routes to direct you, guide you and help you arrive safely to and from the Convention Center.

San Francisco's "Welcome Ambassador" Program at ACEP22

As part of a city travel bureau initiative, volunteer directional ambassadors will be placed strategically in the downtown area during ACEP22 near the Moscone Convention Center and nearby hotels.

Each purple star on this map (see map above) represents the approximate location of a volunteer ambassador, in an identifiable uniform holding welcome signs, during key hours on ACEP22’s two busiest days.

What They Do Throughout San Francisco

  • Welcome visitors back to downtown and key tourism destinations
  • Operate seven days a week, generally 8 am to 8 pm with 90 current employees and up to 45 deployed at any given time.
  • Learn more on the SFTID Website and follow a day in the life of one of the ambassadors in this online article.
