About This Event

Every year, emergency medicine's largest gathering brings together thousands of physicians — including the residents, attendings, and faculty who shared the same hallways, call rooms, and formative moments. Those reunions happen anyway. We're just giving them a home.

For the first time at ACEP's Annual Scientific Assembly, residency programs and medical schools can reserve a dedicated lounge space — your program's home base for the evening, designed your way, in the heart of the action.

Each participating program receives:

• 20ʼ × 20ʼ lounge space (with tables and chairs or high-top options)
• Drink Tickets for 20 people

Meeting Fees

Meeting Fee Structure: Payment will not be processed until space is assigned.

Room for 1 to 20 People: $950 Per Lounge
