The National Emergency Medicine PAC (NEMPAC) is ACEP’s political action committee and a leader within the physician and medical community in federal candidate education, targeted bi-partisan political activism, and direct candidate support. Funded solely by ACEP members, NEMPAC advances the specialty of emergency medicine in Washington, D.C. with the goal of electing federal candidates who will work toward improving the practice environment for emergency physicians and the delivery of care to patients.

ACEP members who have contributed $600 or more in 2025 ($60 or more for Residents) are invited to celebrate NEMPAC's growth and success while mingling with other donors and NEMPAC and ACEP leaders.
NEMPAC "Give-a-Shift" Donor Lounge (By Invitation Only)
Sunday, September 7 - Tuesday, September 9
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
ACEP members who have donated at the "Give-a-Shift" level ($1,200 for attendings, $120 for Residents, $365 for Transitioning or Retired Members) in 2025 are invited to visit and enjoy this private lounge with beverages, breakfast snacks, catered lunch and access to television and business center amenities. NEMPAC Board members and staff will be available to discuss NEMPAC's mission and advocacy in the 2025 elections.
