Join Us in Las Vegas at Discounted ACEP24 Registration Rates!

ACEP has steeply discounted registration rates for international attendees in 2024. Resident and student members can attend for as low as $95 USD, and practicing international members receive low rates based on your country of residence.

Bring a Delegation

Interested in bringing a delegation from your country? Groups of 5 or more qualify for additional discounts, as well as a contact to assist your group while you are at the conference. Email internationalsection@acep.org for more information. All requests for delegation discounts must be received by June 30, 2024.

Participate in the Global Village

International societies wishing to showcase EM in their country and network with ACEP attendees can participate in the Global Village, a dedicated area in the exhibit hall. Meet and greets and other activities will be planned to convene conversations about the global state of emergency medicine.

The cost to participate is $500 USD, which includes a table in the global village and two conference registrations. This is designed to allow your representatives to participate at their table while also taking turns to attend the lectures and other special events throughout the week.

Space is limited. Applications will be accepted in the order received through May 31, 2024 and payment and representative names will be due by July 31. Click Here to sign up.

2024 Research Forum International Session

International researchers are invited to submit their work to a special international gallery. Both research that has been presented at an international or national meeting and original international research that has not been previously published in peer-reviewed form will be considered. Presentations will be held September 29-October 2 in conjunction with ACEP24 in Las Vegas. Click here for more information and to submit. Deadline is April 30.

International Emergency Medicine Summit Pre-Conference

ACEP is expanding its Ambassador Conference to bring together all global attendees and highlight topics of interest in EM around the world. The pre-conference will include panel presentations with key leaders from worldwide EM organizations, topical and regional breakouts to discuss challenges and opportunities, and networking time with your international colleagues. We can’t wait to see you there!

Endorse ACEP24

Is your international society able to endorse our meeting? We will display your organization's information and logo on our website in exchange for your promotion of ACEP 24 to members of your society. ACEP will provide an electronic media kit that includes logos, social media posts and newsletter articles to make the process easy. Want your meeting endorsed by ACEP? Request it here.

Speaking and Presentation Opportunities

Session submissions for the ACEP24 Scientific Assembly are closed, however there may be opportunities to participate as a speaker for sessions that are organized by the ACEP International Section. Please email internationalsection@acep.org if you wish to learn more about possible speaking opportunities.

Visa Assistance

ACEP will provide a letter of support for registered international attendees who require a visa to attend the conference. After you have registered, you may click here to request a letter and choose “ACEP24 Scientific Assembly” on the form.
