ACEP has steeply discounted registration rates for international attendees in 2026. Resident and student members can attend for as low as $95 USD, and practicing international members receive low rates based on their country of residence.
Chicago is located in Illinois along the shores of Lake Michigan in the Midwest region of the United States, with convenient access to the rest of the country. Plan to come early or stay late to enjoy the cooler weather - October temperatures average around high 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

ACEP International Emergency Medicine Summit
Sunday, October 4 | Noon – 4 pm
ACEP is expanding its Ambassador Conference to bring together all global attendees and highlight topics of interest in EM around the world. This pre-conference event will include panel presentations with key leaders from worldwide EM organizations, topical and regional breakouts to discuss challenges and opportunities, and networking time with your international colleagues. Come early for a tour of the conference space and tips for navigating the meeting. We can’t wait to see you there!
Summit registration is required with your ACEP26 registration and is FREE to ACEP international members.

Visa Assistance
ACEP will provide a letter of support for registered international attendees who require a visa to attend the conference. After you have registered, you may request a letter and choose “ACEP26 Scientific Assembly” on the form.
