The exhibit hours are listed below. All booths must be staffed during these hours. Dedicated hours listed are unopposed hours when the educational courses will not be in session. During these times, exhibitors can expect to see an increase in traffic.

Important Deadlines

Monday, March 2

Last day to reduce/cancel space. The following cancellation penalty schedule applies:

Cancel on or before March 2 – 50% penalty fee
Cancel after March 2 - no refunds issued for cancellations or reductions

Full payment for exhibit space balance due

Week of June 1 (approximate)

Online service kits made available to exhibitors paid in full
