Assault
Punching while strapped onto stretcher
An intoxicated patient was brought in by EMS.
Physical and psychological trauma
Pregnant and assaulted, no charges
Happens so often, nothing is done
Brain injury and PTSD
An incident pretty much every shift
I don't feel safe
Three days in a row
He attacked the officer
Safety officer unconscious
Locked in restroom for safety
Large chunk of arm bitten off
Completely swept under the rug
Too violent for jail
Reporting does not change anything
He bit a nurse
Violent after seven days boarding
Pulled out a gun
Ripped the sink off the wall
He threatened staff, kicked holes in the wall
There are constant threats
Unsustainable
Bomb threats to our facility
There's nothing we can do
Too much effort to pursue justice
Aggressive threats
Beat up in the ambulance bay
Choked another patient's mom
Attacked staff and shattered glass door
“We are abused on a regular basis”
Behavior only acceptable in hospital
He threatened to shoot all of us
Tore the door off
Frustrated after boarding three days
Throwing urine on everyone
Threatened so often I lost count
Punched by the whole family
Abuse from patient treated in hallway
"I'll meet you in the parking lot and kill you"
Broken glasses and concussion
Broke a police officer’s nose with a headbutt
A patient threw a chair at me
“I’ll kill every one of you!”
