ACEP's Reimbursement and Coding Conferences Have Moved to a Virtual Online Option Only

With COVID and staffing shortages once again ravaging emergency departments nationwide, ACEP's educational conferences must once again pivot.

For the safety and consideration of all, ACEP made the difficult decision to transition the January 17-19 Reimbursement and Coding Conferences to a virtual event, available online only.

As an organization of frontline care providers, ACEP's formost priority is our members well-being, and that of their patients and families. We were looking forward to seeing you in New Orleans, but with requirements for some to stay local, ongoing travel disruptions from the virus and the unpredictability of the new Omicron variant, shifting to an online event makes the most sense for the quality experience you expect from ACEP.

The courses will take place at the same times as planned on Jan 17-19, and more information will be provided to attednees as the date approaches.

Cancellation Policy

Full conference registration is refundable only if submitted in writing to meetingregistrar@acep.org prior to the beginning of the conference. Registrations and cancellations received after the conference begins are not refundable. Exceptions will be made for family emergencies and must be submitted in writing to meetingregistrar@acep.org. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check.
