Adedamola A. Ogunniyi
MD
Dr. Ogunniyi is an Associate Program Director for the residency training program in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and is primarily in charge of the didactic curriculum.
She also serves as a mentor for the PGY 2 class. She completed her residency training at Harbor-UCLA, followed by a fellowship in Global Health at the same institution, working on projects in rural South Sudan and in Amman, Jordan.
Dr. Ogunniyi is an assistant clinical professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and is adjunct faculty at the Charles R. Drew University College of Medicine.
Her academic interests are in medical education, simulation, global health, and social emergency medicine, with a focus on integrating these into residency training curricula.
