Smart Phrases

Smart phrases are blocks of text that you can copy and paste into your hospital's electronic health records (EHR) system to automatically create discharge papers for common ED presentations. 

These smart phrases can help you seamlessly disseminate the most important information your patients will need to manage their conditions after leaving the ED.

If you believe your symptoms or injury were potentially caused by a consumer product, you can contact the U. S.
