Christopher Kang
MD, FACEP
Christopher Kang, MD, FACEP, FAWM, is an emergency physician in Washington State. He also serves as faculty for an emergency medicine residency program. Dr. Kang has served at the state, regional, and national levels of various emergency and preparedness organizations as well as presented at state, national, and international meetings. He served on the Board of Directors of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) from 2015-2024, including President from 2022-2023. He has interest and experience with multiple areas within emergency medicine, including disaster preparedness and emergency response, emergency department operations, leadership and advocacy, mental health patients, prehospital care, and wilderness medicine. He completed medical school and emergency medicine residency at Northwestern University in Chicago.
