The American College of Emergency Physicians Awards Program has been developed for one reason: to recognize leadership and excellence. The program provides an opportunity to recognize all members for significant professional contributions as well as service to the College. All members of ACEP are eligible to participate in one or more of the College's award programs. The ACEP Awards Program is yours. It succeeds only when you take an active role. The method of entry has been made as easy as possible.

2024 Nominations Now Open

Nominations are being accepted through March 12 for the 2024 Awards Program. Click on each award description to learn more about the criteria and find a link to the nomination portal. Members are eligible to participate in more than one category, but separate nomination forms must be completed.

John G. Wiegenstein Leadership Award

The Award for Outstanding Contribution in EMS is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution in EMS of national significance or application.
