Eliot Listman

Eliot Listman started his career as a lawyer at global law firms. He then transitioned to CEO and various executive roles at both private and public companies. He graduated from The National Law Center at George Washington University; The Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania; Vassar College and the London School of Economic

In 2021, Eliot became the Chief Executive Officer of Allia Group. Under his leadership, the company has grown from acquiring and litigating claims from California physician practices to emergency physician groups, small and large – on a national scale.

He has guided the business to pioneer financing healthcare litigation against insurers with the novel multi-provider case model. This end to end litigation finance platform has yielded significant results for physician groups when healthcare insurers underpay for emergency physician services. Listman has defined Allia’s mission to level the playing field for healthcare providers, both small and large, to get fairly paid by insurers.
