Beth A. Griffin, MD

President, Emergency Medicine Specialists

Dr. Griffin is the President of Emergency Medicine Specialists, an independent democratic physician group in Wisconsin. Most recently she has focused on strategic development and growth of the group, while leading state and national initiatives in partnership with their health system. Since finishing residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in 2008, she has served in multiple leadership roles within EMS that prepared her to lead her group through rapid growth over the past year as they doubled in size. Dr. Griffin also has experience leading a physician owned revenue cycle management company, ConsensioHealth, as she worked to transform the company during her time as President of the Board. Her strategy and style is focused on relationship development whether it be with her patients, colleagues, community, health systems, payors, or many of the exceptional ED leaders she looks up to and has met through EMBC, ACEP and EDPMA.
