Mission: Provide a voice and opportunities for participation in national ACEP US Section Subcommittees for Emergency Ultrasound Fellows.

Goals this Year

  • Continue creating our repository of core fellowship content (Literature Canon), with the goal of completing the Lung subject
  • Hold the 2nd Annual Fellows Speaker Symposium, which provides mentorship opportunities between fellows and a nationally recognized mentor outside of their institution. The winner will again speak at the ACEP26 EUS Section Meeting.
  • Collaborate with the Simulation subcommittee to create example cases for the upcoming ABEN Certifying Exam
  • Develop two panels: one focused on the fellowship application and role for non-EM specialty fellows, and another featuring experienced fellowship directors providing guidance to junior fellowship directors on navigating accreditation for EUFAC.
