COVID-19 Vaccination Breakthrough Case Reporting

ACEP has been collecting data since March 1, 2021, on potential breakthrough cases through the following form for patients emergency physicians have evaluated who have been vaccinated and now have presumed or confirmed COVID-19.

These data are self-reported from the ACEP member base and represent an anecdotal update on the current COVID environment and vaccine breakthrough cases. The data are updated daily, and include a total count of reported cases and a breakdown of reported cases by state, along with that state’s vaccination percentage. Since these data come from a self-reported sample, the data may or may not be an accurate representation the breakthrough case distribution across the country. If you have evaluated patients who have been fully vaccinated and now have presumed or confirmed COVID-19, please complete this form (it should take less than 2 minutes).
