"We have approximately 45 beds but some are dedicated to inpatient holds, and we had 29 boarders the other day which left approximately six beds to see new patients out of. This extreme bottleneck is a danger to new patients waiting and those already with us. This isn’t sustainable and is a tragedy for our national healthcare. Days like this aren’t rare and it’s slowly killing the morale of nurses and doctors."
