Alisa Mcqueen

Dr. Lisa McQueen is a pediatric emergency physician at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Rush Medical College. She trained in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine at Boston Medical Center and Boston Children's Hospital, but now calls Chicago home. She’s officially become a Midwesterner and will even eat fried twinkies. A passionate educator, she has served as a pediatric residency program director and a pediatric emergency medicine fellowship director and is the grateful recipient of several teaching awards from residents, fellows, and colleagues including the Palmer J. Parker Courage to Teach Award from the ACGME and the National Emergency Medicine Faculty Teaching Award from ACEP.
