Thing You Need to Know

We’ve listed a few basics you should know once you have registered and for when you arrive onsite at ACEP19.

Before You Arrive

You should receive a barcode with your confirmation email. You will also receive again in two emails sent the weeks before the conference. This will allow you to easily check-in onsite at ACEP19. Make sure to save on your phone or print out on paper.

At any time, you can register for additional courses, labs, special events and more. Simply log back into your registration and make the changes to your registration.

Approximately two weeks prior to the conference you will receive an email with your barcode, links to download presentations, a link to download your personalized schedule and more additional information.

Download the mobile app (available two weeks prior to ACEP19). The ACEP19 mobile app provides your personal schedule, faculty bios, maps, course information, and an activity feed (similar to social media) so you can connect to others and stay informed of the latest happenings at ACEP19.

Onsite

When you first get onsite, make your way over to registration. Here you will use the barcode you received in various emails to check-in. You only need to check in once, on your first day.

Stop by the ACEP Membership Desk and Bookstore to ask questions about ACEP, get additional information or to purchase ACEP educational products. The ACEP Membership Desk and Bookstore is also where you can pick up your free first-timer gift.

Have questions onsite? Look for the ACEP gold badges. These are the ACEP staff who can help you out with questions, directions and more.
