Beatrice & Woodsley

Beatrice & Woodsley

B &W built a restaurant that mirrors the story of two lovebirds; Beatrice, the life-loving daughter of a French winemaking family, who relocated to California in the 1800’s to create a small vineyard. And Woodsley, the handsome and crafty son of Lumberjacks-turned-Coopers, who provided barrels for the fledgling wine producers. Upon first sight, Beatrice and Woodsley fell in love and quickly married. Nestled amidst an urban aspen grove, Beatrice & Woodsley combines sociable dining with seasonal Rustic-American menus. They craft menus that pay homage to recipes and methods of our collective melting-pot culture. Simple ingredients, careful technique, and adventurous imagination provides for a personal, one-of-a-kind dining experience.
