Why You Should Join Us in San Diego!

1It’s our 50th Anniversary

Our history will be everywhere! You’ll see our history at every corner of the San Diego Convention Center with signage, activities and displays reflecting our 50-year story, including a history museum. The journey to specialty status and the mavericks who lead the way will be on display in a history museum on the third floor outside the main ballroom and near all the course rooms. Not only will we showcase the timeline of our history, we will have special areas of emphasis including the role of women in emergency medicine, the dramatic changes in practice over the years, chapter development and more.
