Meet emergency medicine leaders, luminaries, and all-star speakers for a night on the town at one of San Diego's best restaurants for a three-course meal and wine with dinner. Custom menus have been created with a variety of entrée selections at each of these restaurants carefully selected for your enjoyment.

Bencotto Italian Kitchen

The concept of Bencotto was conceived as a natural extension of the depth and breadth of Italy’s culinary heritage. With an American as well as international audience in mind, Bencotto came to life inspired by the authenticity of an Italian kitchen juxtaposed with modern scenery. Their unique approach to Italian cooking tradition, offers hand made “home style” dishes in an environment that reflects who they are: young generation of Italians who celebrate their culinary heritage, presenting it in a modern, relaxed, and inviting kitchen-restaurant. Fleming’s Steakhouse

Fleming's in downtown San Diego can be found in the historical Gaslamp District, just a few blocks from at the San Diego Convention Center. Enjoy innovative dishes by Chef Partner Didi Lopez. Founded in 1998 by restaurateurs Paul Fleming and Bill Allen. The vision was to create a unique steakhouse experience with an emphasis on generous hospitality, an inviting atmosphere.
