Victorious Breath

When you want to scream, try a Ujjayi (victorious breath) instead! Close your mouth, constrict the back of the throat, making the sound of ocean waves hitting the sand. Inhale and exhale slowly for at least a count of 4 with a 4 count inhalation and exhalation pause. Do at least ten rounds of this and I guarantee you can face the ED again after this exercise!
