AHRQ Releases Video for Treating Children new
The AHRQ has released The Decontamination of Children: Preparedness and Response for Hospital Emergency Departments, a 27-minute training video that teaches hospital personnel how to decontaminate children who are exposed to hazardous chemicals during a bioterrorist attack or other type of disaster. Critical Decisions Bioterrorism Rashes and Mass Casualty Events
A recent issue of Critical Decisions in Emergency Medicine that focuses on bioterrorism and the emergency department response to this threat. Includes "Derm and Doom: The Common Rashes of Chemical and Biological Terrorism," and "Mass Casualty Management: A Coordinated Response."

The College's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Task Force has developed a report containing the core content of a National curriculum for training emergency providers to detect and respond to these incidents.

Positioning America's Emergency Health Care System to Respond to Acts of Terrorism
